Lumen should run on any Mac with OS X 10.14 or higher. One caveat is that your graphics card needs OpenGL 3.2 support - if you haven't switched out the stock graphics card on your Mac, you should be in the clear.
In general, Lumen is relatively light on the CPU, RAM, and hard drive, and makes heavy use of the GPU, so computers with better GPUs should perform better.
